Ellie

This is a friend’s Leonberger puppy, Ellie. Leonbergers are large dogs, with a striking black mask and black markings. Ellie is gentle, calm, and friendly. Here, she is listening to a command from her owner. I wanted to capture her obedient nature, even as a 6-month-old. I used colored Polychromos colored pencils on Fabriano Artistico Hot Press Paper.
